My personal link...

During my first appointment with Jared he asked if I would like to receive my exercises by email. Say what? Seriously? The hardest part of any physio program I have ever done is remembering what to do between vists. I would take home the standard photocopied piece of paper that had stick figures showing the moves and the reps written in pencil. And the paper would get folded and the important information was lost with repeated creasing. Email had to be an improvement.
The first email arrived about the same time as I arrived  home. It contained a link which leads to my personal pages. After each session Jared adds the new exercises to another page on my personal link. Instead of trying to keep track of the papers I use my iPad mini. Scrolling between the e-pages is definitely better than crunpled paper.
The example below is from my first visit:

1. Swiss Ball Knee Flexion Extension
